Marion Independent School District 2019 Bond Project - Site Package The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. The Marion ISD 2019 Bond Package includes work on 3 of their existing campuses: Krueger Elementary, Marion High School, and Marion Middle School. Krueger Elementary includes demolition of existing buildings, parking lot, and flatwork in order to build a new classroom addition and kitchen. The campus will also be re-purposing the existing gymnasium into a new cafeteria facility. The transformation of this space will include demolition of existing foundation and interior finishes, leaving the existing superstructure in place, and creating the new cafeteria space utilizing key aspects of the existing gymnasium. Marion High School project includes a 2-story classroom addition including classrooms, science labs, and restrooms. This addition occurs in the middle of an existing courtyard between high school buildings. Security and safety measures will be put in place to maintain construction separation. Marion Middle School project includes a 2-story CTE shop and restroom addition on the end of the existing building with a CTE Yard enclosure to store equipment. Proposals are due by Tuesday, February 11th at 2 PM to Bids@jacksonconstruction.com. All proposals need to be broken out by each campus. This will be noted on the bid package specific bid forms.
