Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Benwood, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of the installation of vinyl plank flooring, roofing, fencing replacement, parking lot repairs and overlayment and replacing 2 bathtubs with 504 compliant showers and all related work. Contractors must have 5 years minimum experience in building renovations. Benwood-McMechen Housing reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Benwood-McMechen Housing Authority Par Value U. S.
