Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Sumter, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sumter School District is seeking qualified HVAC contractors to remove old roof units and replace with wall mounted gas units Description of work: Replace existing Roof Mounted Package Heat Pump Units serving trade areas at Sumter County Career Center with new wall mounted gas package units. Demolition: Contractor shall provide the demolition and removal of all materials, conduits, wiring, piping and appurtenances as indicated on the drawings, including A/C units, ductwork, and air handler as required and/or directed by Engineer. Disposal of all removed materials shall be included. The Owner shall reserve the right to retain all materials prior to removal from site.
