Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lamberton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
***As of April 22, 2019 Project has been awarded. Award amount is $4,003,554.75.*** The work includes the construction of approximately: 17,550 C.Y. Common Excavation 13,450 Ton Aggregate Base, Class 5 14,740 Ton Salvaged Aggregate from Stockpile 2,830 Ton Wearing Course Mixture 3,390 Ton Non Wearing Course Mixture 12,230 L.F. 6" Perforated Edge Drain 12,350 L.F. Concrete Curb and Gutter 14,160 S.F. Concrete Walk 12,590 S.F. Concrete Driveway Pavement 2.6 Acre Seeding 7,010 L.F. Storm Sewer & Appurtenances 2,070 L.F. Sanitary Sewer & Appurtenances 7,030 L.F. Water Main & Appurtenances 60 EA Clear & Grub Tree together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. All work under the Contract must be complete by June 21, 2020. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Lamberton shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
