Site work for a mixed-use development in Raymond, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the furnishing of all labor and materials, and for performing all activities specified in the Contract Documents, for the construction of the RDC/WC Sewage Pumping Station Improvements. The project includes the Upgrades to the Sewage Pumping Station at the Raymond Detention Center. The Contract Time will be One Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days, and the liquidated damages will be $100 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Bids for this work will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom the Contract Documents and Addenda, if any, have been issued by the Engineer. Bids received by bidders to whom the Contract Documents were not issued by the Engineer will be returned unopened. State law requires a non-resident bidder to attach/include a copy of his resident state's current law pertaining to such state's treatment of non-resident contractors with their bid. Any bid submitted by a non-resident contractor which does not include the non-resident contractor's current state law shall be rejected and not considered for award. Bids will be considered by the Hinds County Board of Supervisors at or before the next regular meeting thereof to be held within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of bids. The Hinds County Board of Supervisorsreserves the right to waive any and all irregularitiesin the bidding and to reject any and all bids.
