Renovation of an educational facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In accordance with KCW GC/CM (General Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from contractors for the above referenced scopes of work. The project is to complete the Daniel Bagley Elementary School Modernization and Addition. The project consists of construction of a modernization of the existing historic school, as well as, a classroom addition and gym addition for Seattle Public Schools and Lydig GC/CM. GC/CM is an equal opportunity contractor and we encourage bids from disadvantaged, minorityowned, women-owned, and small businesses. Deadline for questions is February 22,2019 @ 2:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than February 27, 2019 prior to bid due date. Questions should be directed, to pmcgothlm@lydig. com. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
