Project Description: Consulting services for the reconstruction of approximately 5000 feet of deteriorated four-lane concrete road section, including new pavement underdrains, conversion of a section of shoulder to permanent travel lane with curb and gutter, and upgrades as needed to guardrail, signage, and right-of-way drainage.
