Site work for a water / sewer project in Roanoke, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All questions shall be submitted in writing to DLZ no later than April 7, 2025 at 12:00 pm (noon). This work involves the clean closure of an existing wastewater treatment lagoon. Work is inclusive of, but not limited to, the removal of construction debris, treatment and disposal of sludge, treatment and discharge of supernatant, testing, and site restoration at Lagoon No. 2 located at the Town of Roanoke Wastewater Treatment Plant site in the Roanoke, Indiana. For a period of twelve (12) months from the date of written acceptance of and final payment of the work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or acceptable Bidders Bond made payable to the Owner, in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the highest aggregate proposal, The bond will be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in the bidding.
