Renovation of an educational facility in Burley, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the following: At Roof Areas H, J,K Remove existing mechanically attached single ply roofing membrane, asbestos containing B.U.R., 1-1/2" wood fiber board down to the existing plywood roof deck. Install new mechanically attached single ply roofing system consisting of 60 mil TPO over 1/2" cover board over 1/2" EPS roof insulation over 1/4" substrate board and all associated flashings at vertical walls and roof penetrations. Install new metal fascia with coated metal drip edge and metal coping cap. Overland Rd., Boise, ID 83709 (208) 377-0294, Hutchison Smith Architects, 270 N. 27th Street, Suite A, Boise, ID 83702 (208)338-1212 A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
