Renovation of an educational facility in Burley, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the following: At Roof Areas H, J,K Remove existing mechanically attached single ply roofing membrane, asbestos containing B.U.R., 1-1/2" wood fiber board down to the existing plywood roof deck. Install new mechanically attached single ply roofing system consisting of 60 mil TPO over 1/2" cover board over 1/2" EPS roof insulation over 1/4" substrate board and all associated flashings at vertical walls and roof penetrations. Install new metal fascia with coated metal drip edge and metal coping cap. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
