Burley Fire Office Showers Magnitude: Less than $25,000 Offeror is to consolidate questions related to this solicitation and site visit in a Request for Information (RFI) formatted Word document. The RFI is to be emailed as an editable attachment to the Contracting Officer at pfort@blm.gov by the deadline on the cover page of this document with the subject line: 140L2622Q0040/Burley Fire Office Showers at 10:00 am MDT. Only written RFI's will be considered and responded to by the Contracting Officer. BLM responses to the RFI will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation on the SAM.gov website available at https://sam.gov. Summary of Work: Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to complete the demolition of two plastic inserts and construction of two shower stalls with shelves and provide semi frameless glass with hardware for each shower stall. The showers are to be constructed out of 3/8" thick cultures marble along with installing two shower faucets with trim kits, two shower heads with trim kits, two cultured marble shower pans, all trim, and two semi frameless glass doors. The glass doors will have to be rain glass design for privacy. White on white in color for the cultured marble. Site Locations: Work will be completed on the following location. Burley Fire Office: 3630 Overland, Burley, ID 83318 A drawing with the location of site will be included. Requirements: Contractor shall be licensed in the state of Idaho. Contractor Furnished Materials: All personnel, labor, tools, and other equipment needed to complete the work as specified. Contractor shall furnish all estimated cultured marble with trim, 2 cultured marble shower pans to include threshold, preparation materials, liner, 2" weephole drain system, and concrete, 4 shower shelves, two shower faucets, two shower heads, all shower trim hardware, two semi frameless glass doors with hardware and rain glass for privacy. Site Access: All locations are secured government facilities. Contractor shall coordinate with the COR/PI for access to all sites.
