*Contract Award Date: August 28, 2019 Contract Award Number: 47PC1119C0009 Contract Award Dollar Amount: $2,241,000.00 Contractor Awarded Name: Armstrong Elevator Company This procurement is for the renovation and modernization of five elevators located at the James M. Hanley Federal Building in Syracuse, NY. This is a competitive procurement using the lowest price technically acceptable process per FAR Part 15. The proposals will be evaluated based on the technical factors set forth in this solicitation, with the objective of selecting the offeror that is technically acceptable to the Government, with the lowest priced offer. If interested in receiving the Specifications and Drawings for this solicitation, you MUST be a small business contractor that is registered in the governments System for Award Management (SAM) and complete the attached Document Security Notice. The Document Security must be sent to Kate Wheeler (Katherine.wheeler@gsa.gov). The estimated price range for the Project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
