The County of Franklin's Parks and Recreation Department (The Department) is accepting proposals from those interested in offering Lawn Care Services (The Vendor) for King Park of Henry Village, Snow Creek Baseball Field, Jamison Mill Park, GUP Field and Antioch Field. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to obtain proper licensing and insurance coverage. Vendors bids will be on ALL lawn care service locations. The Vendor should be ready to commence services starting April 15th, 2019 through October 1st, 2019. King Park of Henry Village Lawn care at King Park of Henry Village - the lawn is approximately 1 acre in total. Trimming of all other landscape features such as ditches, storm-water management areas, roadways, fence line, flag pole and picnic areas. Clean up of all clippings. Cuttings at least three times per month, more when necessary. County reserves the right to reduce the frequency of mowing and trimming during drought periods. No irrigation, fertilization or pest control is requested to be provided through this contract. Snow Creek Baseball Park Lawn care at Snow Creek Baseball Park should consist of the lawn of the outfield; approximately 2 acres and the grounds surrounding the ball field; approximately 1.5 acres. Pricing should include costs for the trimming of all other landscape features such as fences, ditches, storm-water management areas, roadways and buildings; clean up of all clippings; cuttings at least three times per month, more when necessary. County reserves the right to reduce the frequency of mowing and trimming during drought periods. Lawn care at Snow Creek Baseball Park will not include irrigation, fertilization or pest control through this contract. Jamison Mill Park Approximately 5 acres. Pricing should include trimming of all other landscape features such as ditches, storm-water management areas, roadways, trails, playground, buildings and picnic shelters and cleanup of all clippings. Duration of the work will begin April 15th, 2019 through October 1st, 2019. Cuttings once per week. County reserves the right to reduce the frequency of mowing and trimming during drought periods. No irrigation, fertilization, or pest control is requested to be provided through this contract. GUP Field, Penhook Lawn care at Gup Field should consist of the lawn of the outfield; approximately 2 acres and the grounds surrounding the ball field; approximately 1.5 acres. Pricing should include costs for the trimming of all other landscape features such as fences, ditches, storm-water management areas, roadways and buildings; cleanup of all clippings; cuttings at least three times per month, more when necessary. County reserves the right to reduce the frequency of mowing and trimming during drought periods. Lawn care at Gup Field will not include irrigation, fertilization or pest control through this contract.
