Design activities are limited to: Concrete curb ramps For the bridge sidewalk repair/replacement, sidewalk railing paint, full-depth concrete pavement reconstruction, pavement markings, structural repairs and other miscellaneous construction all within a length of of approximately 7,988.42 linear feet (1.51 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings for STATE ROUTE 3104 SECTION A03 in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, MCKEES ROCKS BOROUGH, STOWE TOWNSHIP, and CITY OF PITTSBURGH, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The project being situated as follows: SR 3104, Section A04 - From the intersection of SR 3104 and SR 65 (Ohio River Boulevard) at Segment 0030 Offset 3844 (Station 59+00.00) to the intersection of SR 3104 and SR 51 (Island Avenue) at Segment 0010, Offset 0062 (Station 61.69). SR 8130 - the 4 ramps at Helen Street, from approximately 13+44 (NB and SB) to 9+11.75 NB and 9+00.90 SB and from approximately 13+78 (NB and SB) to 20+25.00 NB and 19+89.36 SB.
