As of May 3,2022 This project is awarded to Pride Masonry, Inc. With the awarded amount of $95,396.40. The work generally includes the replacement of an existing 8 inch diameter sewer with a 15 inch diameter sewer. The work includes all ancillary items, such as traffic controls bypass pumping of sewage flows, and site restoration. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, in the form of a Certified Check or Corporate Surety Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Proposal made in the favor of the Borough of McKees Rocks. A Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond in the amounts specified within the Contract Documents will be required of the successful Bidder. The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all Bids or parts of bids and to waive technical defects in any Bid.
