BRIDGE LOCATION NO. 94-0A427-00.31 BRIDGE ID NO.940A427001 The City of Brentwood will accept bids for the following service contract(s): Bridge Repair Project-Wildwood Valley Drive over the Little Harpeth River The project consists of furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work necessary for the repair of one bridge. The bridge to be repaired is a two lane, three span, approximately 119 foot long, prestressed concrete beam structure located on Wildwood Valley Drive over the Little Harpeth River in the Wildwood Valley Subdivision. The project consists of performing full and partial depth deck repairs, abutment repairs which include encasement of exposed H-Piles, bridge backfill/approach improvement, spall repairs, and traffic control. Traffic control will consist of a one lane, signalized phasing to facilitate the bridge deck and approach repairs. Mobilization will begin by June 3, 2019 to prepare for the beginning of phased work on July 8, 2019. Traffic disruptions/signalized phasing shall begin no earlier than July 8, 2019 and shall be complete by no later than October 28, 2019. Substantial completion shall occur by November 22, 2019 and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 30 calendar days after the date when substantial completion is confirmed. All bidders must be licensed general contractors to perform the type construction herein described.
