Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,000-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of June 29, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. It takes the city 3 months to execute a contract.** Project consists of: Construction of a new Police Precinct Building of approx. 17,950 sq ft. for the City of Memphis - MPD Division located at 2602 Mt. Moriah Road, Memphis, TN 38115. Project is type VB construction and sprinklered. Project also includes demolition of existing precinct building and construction of new parking lots after new precinct building is complete and operational. Storm shelter is included in design as per current essential facilities requirements in IBC. New police precinct building, parking lots and demolition of old building.
