Project formerly known as Northside High Adaptive Reuse / Memphis. Plans call to redeveloper a former high school into mixed-use community resource hub. The 270,000 square foot building will now include 42 affordable housing units, office spaces, medical clinics, after school care, food and beverage services and a workforce development center. As of December 29, 2023 the project has broken ground on December 8, 2023.
