Renovation of a municipal facility in Wheaton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project shall include the following: All labor, material(s), equipment, mobilization and all other necessary overhead. The work involves replacement of identified end-of- service-life HVAC components and improvements to specific components of the buildings HVAC system. Deadline for R.F.I. or Questions Feb. 13 via email. Questions may be answered by contacting the project representative, William Lynch at 630-876-5910, blynch@dupageforest.org. An awardee must submit all required documentation including, but not limited to the required insurance, Prevailing Wage Act documentation, subcontractor's list, performance and payment bonds per the invitation to bid. The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
