Project involves approx. 1,200 LF of urban street section extension, including removals, dewatering, grading, stone base course, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete pavement, concrete curb & gutter, asphaltic concrete multiuse trail, board walk, storm sewer, erosion control & restoration. Neither Owner, Engineer nor Issuing Office is responsiblefor full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any Addenda, obtained from other sources. cost of Bidding Documents is non-refundable. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to City of Oconomowoc at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to City of Oconomowoc equal to 5% of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract & furnish payment & performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to City of Oconomowoc as Liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid or to reject any & all Bids.
