The City of Oconomowoc (City) is interested in obtaining the services of an Engineering Consultant (Consultant) for the Construction Management (CM) duties for our Rockwell Park Phase I Construction Project. Construction work to include clearing/grubbing, site grading, Redi-rock block installation, shoreline restoration, kayak launch construction, site restoration and other miscellaneous items. Selected consultant will be responsible for construction management services for all components of the project.
