Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Smithville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Excavate an opening into the crawlspace below the grade beam. Dewater and dry the crawlspace, remove and replace drainage plumbing drops from slab to underground branch piping. Provide unit pricing to repair any additional plumbing leaks identified. Install new duct and new supply and exhaust fans mounted in a new concrete areaway system outside the building to mechanically ventilate the crawlspace. Install new pipe from gutter downspouts to inlets on East side of building. Add new cutouts in sidewalk on West side to allow gutters to drain under side walk. Remove and replace sealant between sidewalk and building. Alternate 1: Apply closed cell foam insulation on underside of the crawlspace floor slab and the associated structure exposed with air-conditioned space above. Questions related to this RFP must be sent via the information request form. All questions must be received no later than February 25, 2019 4:00 PM.
