Project includes the construction of approximately 26,850 feet of 2-, 3- and 4-inch pressure sanitary sewer main and 1,650 feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer and appurtenances, including connections to existing manholes, road/site restoration, extension of services to the property line Questions must be submitted on or before 3/08/2019 2:00 PM Expected Contract Value $2,500,000 to $3,750,000 Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act No. 222. The requirements for Bidders and Contractors under these enactments are explained in the Specifications. The project is being financed by a PennVest loan and is subject to requirements therefrom, including compliance with: (a) PA Steel Procurement Act, (b) American Iron and Steel Provisions, and (c) Davis-Bacon Act wage requirements. The Franconia Sewer Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
