Site work for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work Location: Dam locations: Douthat, Bear Creek Lake, Prince Edward Lake, Goodwin Lake, and Hungry Mother State Park Dams Sealed bids are invited for the State Park Dam Riser Structures project at several locations throughout Virginia, 199- 17587-015 (A49). The project is generally described as renovations to the actuator systems and control panels of several dams and additional minor repairs, as detailed in the specifications. The project locations are Douthat State Park Dam, Bear Creek State Park Dam, Prince Edward Lake State Park Dam, Goodwin Lake State Park Dam, and Hungry Mother State Park Dam. A Labor and Material Payment Bond required. Electronic files are available at no charge by emailing va-state-park-dams@stantec.com. Copies of the Invitation for Bids documents, including the plans and the specifications, will also be available for inspection at the following locations: Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.
