At the time, date and place stated above, bids will be publicly opened. Bid surety in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the award will be required of the successful bidder. o City of Fairfax reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure.
