Contract Days: 180 working days The contractor is responsible to plan and sequence the work appropriately to complete all necessary work within the creek before October 31st. The City is not responsible for additional permits, penalties, and schedule delays for work within the water body not completed by October 31st. The Contractor is responsible for communicating early with the City and assisting with communication with environmental permitting regulatory agencies to request and obtain permission if extensions are needed.
