Renovation of a multi-residential development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Project includes equipment, and materials and for performing all work necessary and incidental for Steel Panels (Furnish and Install) for Multi-Family Apartment Building 2.3 at Westlawn Gardens Phase 2. Prospective bidders who wish to inspect the construction site before submitting a bid may contact Ms. Daase to make arrangements. Administrative questions specifically about Section 3, Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE), and WHEDA requirements may be directed to Gabriel DeVougas of the Housing Authority, 414-286-2940, gmdevou@hacm.org. The Housing Authority will assist bidders/contractors in developing a plan to comply with Section 3, EBE, and WHEDA requirements. Where appropriate, the bidder must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the Contract Documents.
