The project is expected to be awarded on January 14, 2020.** The project will include: Asbestos abatement, removal and reinstallation of acoustical ceiling tile systems, exterior window replacement, masonry infills, roof cuts and flashing, new rooftop units, ductwork replacement, fin tube radiation replacement, new PTAC units, electrical power disconnect and reconnect in support of the mechanical work, and new power distribution to new mechanical equipment. The project will have (3) prime construction contracts. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda (if any), obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. When requesting Bidding Documents, prospective bidders must include a letter stating their name, firm's name, shipping address (no P.O. Box numbers), telephone number, fax number (if any), name of project for which they are requesting Bidding Documents, amount of money enclosed, and, if applicable, check numbers. The Village of Manlius, Onondaga County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder.
