Site work for a municipal facility in Riverton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The estimated cost of the Work is: $3.0 to $3.5 million Each bidder must be prequalified by the Wyoming Department of Transportation for GRADING, with a minimum prequalification rating of $1,000,000.00 and to have attended the Bidders Tour before receiving an official copy of the Appendix D, Bid Proposal form from the Engineer for the 16G-II, Phase 10, S1 Spoils Final Grading Project. The State of Wyoming shall have the power to reject any and all bids or waive any informality in same. Unless withdrawn prior to the Bid Opening, no bidder will be allowed to withdraw his/her bid for a period of forty-five (45) days or until the Successful Bidder has entered into a contract with the State of Wyoming. The Contract term is one hundred eighty (180) calendar days, subject to any extensions authorized in writing.
