Renovation of an educational facility in Riverton, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, re-roofing & skylight installation, but is not limited to: 1.A qualified prime roofing contracting firm with 10-years (minimum) documented experience installing thermoplastic membrane with 3 projects of similar scope and size within the last 3-years. 2. Existing roofing system removal consisting of membrane roof system, skylights & flashings to plywood deck. New membrane roof system including new skylights, rigid insulation, coverboard, new crickets, membrane and all necessary appurtenances required to complete the work. Before submitting a bid, the prime bidder must attend the pre-bid conference (If Mandatory) to visit the site and thoroughly familiarize themselves with the conditions affecting the work. No extra payments will be allowed on account of extra work made necessary by failure to do so. ite visits for field measurements may take place between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
