The work involves the construction of a wood frame structure with storage bays and support space. The foundation will be concrete and concrete masonry. Roof structure will be wood trusses, plywood roof decking and architectural shingles. Mechanical work will be limited to unit heaters and exhaust fans or electrical work will be standard power and lighting systems. Refer to the Bid Documents for complete project information.
