The site shall be owned by Seneca County. The site location is Route 96A in Romulus, New York. A.)The work shall be done under one Contract including: 1. General Construction Work (Abatement, Demolition, and associate Site Work) B.) The Contractor is to furnish all labor and materials for the satisfactory completion of all work whether shown or implied in the Construction Documents. C.) All debris shall be removed daily from the building under construction, and the area shall be broom cleaned. E.) The Prime Contractor shall provide all necessary measures to protect health, welfare, and safety of the general public, to prevent accidents, to avoid unnecessary hazards and to protect the property to which the work under this contract pertains at all times during the duration of the contract period.
