For the construction of a certain section of STATE HIGHWAY in POTTER COUNTY, BINGHAM TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 1011, SECTION A05. This project being situated as follows - On SR 1011 (Hickox/Ulysses Road) near Ulysses from Segment 0030 Offset 2632 to Segment 0040 Offset 0290 for a total construction length of approximately 359 feet (0.068 miles). For the removal of an existing Single Span Concrete T-Beam on Concrete Abutments and construction of a Single Span Concrete Spread Box Beam on Integral Abutments (approximately length of 51'). Traffic control involves a detour. Construction includes Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the base, binder and wearing courses, pavement base drains, guide rail, pavement markings, and miscellaneous construction as shown on the approved construction drawings.
