Site work and new construction of a civil project in Tacoma, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construct a new regional pump station, approximately 4,100 linear feet of temporary force main, and approximately 7,300 linear feet of sanitary sewer main and interceptor in 112th St. E between 600 feet west of 66th Ave E and 71st Ave Ct E, 66th Ave E Approximately 900 feet north of 112th St E. This project will support approximately 360 acres of currently unsewered Urban Growth Area. The temporty force main will be replaced in 2030 when the Brookdale Interceptor is installed from Woodland Avenue to Waller Road. As of November 1, 2023, this project is included in the Pierce County's FY 2024-2029 CIP and funding is allocated for FY 2024, FY 2025, FY 2026, and FY 2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
