WAGE = Project is PREVAILING WAGES - (PRC #2019002032) TAX = Project is TAX EXEMPT SPECIAL NOTES: ** Electrical Work = Disconnect existing electric door hardware at demo notes 01 & 02, power up to new doors F103 & F105 electrical hardware (existing hard wiring at both door locations with existing actuators to remain), disconnect & reinstall ceiling recessed lighting as shown/noted on plans. ** Please include all Alternate & Unit pricing per the bid form as it applies to your trade. ** Safety Film is only going on the interior double doors. *Please note that there are 2 bid packages, Bid Package A appears to include all of the work required for the 1st floor.
