Site work for a water / sewer project in Amherst, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sanitary sewer, storm sewer and waterline repair and construction.The work consists primarily of performing emergency repairs and construction associated with the Town's wastewater collection and water distribution systems. In addition, repairs to roadway pavements, curbing, storm drainage, sidewalk, driveway and driveway aprons may be required. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, temporary utilities and all other expenses necessary as defined in these specifications and/or stated on the written work orders to complete work as requested by the Town Engineer, Highway Superintendent or any other Town Department Head wishing to utilize this contract ,The work also contains new or replacement of sidewalk and or driveway construction; new or replacement concrete curbing on Town owned properties. Bid Result YEAR 1 (2022 Hunting Valley Construction $714,898 YEAR 2 (2023) Hunting Valley Construction $739,738.
