Site work, remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in West Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Location: 326 Little Brooke Lane, West Columbia, South Carolina 29172 Demolition of existing wood stud partitions as shown on the Existing/Demolition Plan of the drawings. The existing licensing transaction counter will be extended all the way to the existing exterior side wall, enlarging the lobby. New construction will be of 2x4 wood studs with plywood on both sides to match existing. All finishes to match existing unless otherwise noted. An existing bar in the rear of the space will be relocated and rewired as shown on the new plan and Electrical\ drawings. Three existing exterior half glass hollow metal doors will be replaced with new half glass hollow metal doors with a removable astragal as requested by the owner. The Work includes receiving, unloading, handling, storing, protecting, and installing Owner-furnished products and making building services connections where necessary, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Owner and Contractor. Consult with Owner and Architect prior to construction for a list of potential Owner-furnished products and responsibilities of Contractor in relation to management of those items. Completion Date: 30 Days ARO Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
