Site work for an educational facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
In accordance with RCW 39.10.380, GC/CM (General Contractor/ Construetion Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from contractors for the above referenced scopes of work. The project is to complete the Daniel Bagley Elementary School Modernization and Addition. The project consists of construction of a modernization of the existing historic school, as well as, a classroom addition and gym addition for Seattle Public Schools and Lydig GC/CM. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. Per RCW 39.10.390, bidders are notified that the GC/CM intends to bid. for these scopes of work. The Bid submittal and bid openingwill be managed by Seattle Public Schools, The GC/CM intends to bid this package. Deadline for questions is March 1 2019 @ 2:00 PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than March 6, 2019 prior to bid due date. Questions should be directed to pmcgothlin@lvdig.com Documents may be examined at electronically. On-Line Plan Center Reference documents may be accessed through Lydig's On-line Plan Center - Smartbid -the Link will be available through the company electronically.
