Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hebron, Kentucky. Working plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Pursuant to the provisions of KRS 424.260, the Kenton County Airport Board ("KCAB") will receive proposals for the Clarifier Replacement Project at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Intl Airport ("CVG"). KCAB reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal or bid guaranty, to reject any or all proposals, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified responsible proposer to such extent as may be beneficial to KCAB. Preference for Kentucky resident bidders will be applied in accordance with Kentucky law. KCAB in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) is soliciting bids for the Clarifier Replacement Project at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). The purpose of this project is to upgrade the existing scraper system with a chain & sludge scraper collector system. Shortlist Confirmed.
