Remodeling three pairs of restrooms including but not limited to: Demolition, concrete patching, minor roof patching around new roof-mounted exhaust fans, gypsum board assemblies, fluid-applied floorings, high performance wall coatings, painting, new toilet partitions, toilet and bath accessories, stainless steel corner guards, new plumbing fixtures, new light fixtures and miscellaneous mechanical, electrical and plumbing items. Bidding Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. On or around June 4, 2019, (1st business day after anticipated last day of school & subject to change due to the addition of snow days) indicates the start of physical construction and access to the project area. Mobilization is anticipated to begin on the same day. Substantial Completion - July 23, 2019; Final Completion - July 30, 2019; Liquidated Damages - will be assessed at a rate of twelve hundred dollars ($1,200) per calendar day.
