Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Grandview, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
(Southview Park) The contract provides for the grading and sub-base preparation for the installation of a new 7 car asphalt parking lot / concrete curb, entrance drive & rain garden filtration basin. Project consist of approximately 100 CY of grading, 2,800 Sf of grandular base (MODOT Type 5), 2,800 SF (70 Tons) of 4" asphalt paving base (Type 1), 2,800 sf (35Tons) of 2" of asphalt surface (Type 3), 250 LF concrete curb & gutter, 200 LF of parking stall stripping, 55 LF of RCP culvert pipe, 300 SF of sidewalk and removal of 1 tree / stump. Final grade for grass seeding to be done by City of Grandview Parks Dept. Project is located at South View Park at 7800 Harry S Truman Road in city of Grandview. Excess sub grade soil as a result of grading will be hauled off site. Excess topsoil as a result of grading will remain on site and be reutilized.
