Renovation of an educational facility in Loxahatchee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Pirtle Construction Company, the Construction Manager for the School District of Palm Beach County's Loxahatchee Groves Elementary School Renovations, Project No. 1901-7100, is soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors and vendors. The project is located at 16020 Okeechobee Blvd., Loxahatchee, FL 33470. The project consists of campus wide deferred maintenance repairs and updates to mechanical, electrical, and safety systems. Compliance with the Jessica Lunsford act is required during all phases of construction. The projected start of the project is Summer 2019, with an anticipated 15 month project duration. SDPBC Certified SBE subcontractors and vendors are strongly encouraged to participate. Pirtle reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and accept bids which are considered by Pirtle to be in the best interest of the project.
