Construction Management services required for the completion of Delray Full Service Center construction project consisting of demolition of existing buildings 3 through 10, 13 & 14, remodeling the Gymnasium to an Auditorium, new construction of a +/-18,000 GSF, 2 story Adult Education instructional/classroom building and additional parking and site modifications. The construction shall not exceed the established cost/student station established by the Florida Department of Education based on scheduled occupancy of August 2021. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall provide all Preconstruction Phase Services necessary to establish a GMP as well as all Construction Phase Services following Award of the GMP for the school identified in the Project Notification. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER will be required to complete portions of the construction on an occupied campus as directed by the OWNER. Construction shall incorporate all of the requirements set forth in the Permitted Construction Documents, School District of Palm Beach County Master Specifications, District Design Criteria, State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 2014, Florida Administrative Code (FAC) Chapter 6A-2 and Florida Building Code. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall prepare all Project Documents in accordance with the requirements stated in Department of Education's Chapter 6A- 2, SREF and FAC.
