Renovation of a municipal facility in Elgin, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
PROJECT SUMMARY: Replacement of 3/4" butt-glazed window system and supporting structural steel framing with new 1" butt-glazed insulating glass system and new supporting structural steel framing on three sides of the building. Work includes removing and reinstalling brick pavers and installing new flashings and waterproofing at the base of the structural steel. The location for this work is 55 Symphony Way, Elgin, IL 60120 at the Appellate Court Building.
