The Frederick County Parks and Recreation Department is currently accepting sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work to complete the Clearbrook Park Parking Expansion Any questions regarding the project should be in writing and directed to Jon Turkel, Assistant Director, at jturkel@fcva.us, phone: 540-722-8300 Any questions regarding the project should be in writing and must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday March 6. Bidders that are mailing bids should allow for normal mail delivery time to ensure timely receipt by Frederick County. Bidders assume the risk for method of delivery chosen. Frederick County assumes no responsibility for delays or failure of any delivery service to meet the submission deadline or failure to deliver to the designated recipient. Submittals may not be faxed or otherwise electronically submitted. Frederick County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any part of or combination of bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid, deemed to be in the best interest of the County. Notification of award will be posted on the eVA website
