Renovation of a detention facility in Valhalla, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
***As of April 1, 2019 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Work under this contract includes all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the Jail Kitchen Infrastructure Rehabilitation for to the Main Kitchen and Penitentiary Kitchen: Main Kitchen: new food service equipment and walk-in refrigeration boxes, new security ceiling with LED light fixtures, metal deck and concrete slab repair, new epoxy flooring, new security cameras. New Locker Room ceiling (below Main Kitchen) with new lateral piping from Main Kitchen flooring and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. Officers Dining Room (ODR) off the Main Kitchen shall receive new epoxy flooring, new dishwashing equipment, new ceiling with LED light fixtures, and paint. Penitentiary Kitchen: Temporary refrigerated trailers connected to utilities with temporary wood or metal platform behind trailers, new food service equipment, new epoxy flooring and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.
