Salt Lake City Corporation, is inviting responses to this Request for Proposals seeking a qualified supplier and implementer of an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS). Salt Lake City Corporation ("City"), through its Department of Airports ("SLCDA"), is inviting responses to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") seeking a qualified implementer ("Vendor") to provide both software and related consulting services for the implementation and support of an Enterprise Asset Management System ("EAMS" or "System") for the Salt Lake City International Airport, South Valley Regional Airport, and Tooele Valley Airport ("Airport" or "Airports"). The right to reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal that is deemed to be more advantageous to the public and City is reserved. Respondents or their agents are instructed not to contact selection committee members, City employees, agents or contractors of the City, the Mayor's office, the City Council, or members of the Airport Board (as outlined in Salt Lake City Code Title 2 Chapter 2.44, Conflict of Interest), or externally manipulate or influence the procurement process in any way, other than through the instructions contained herein, from the date of release of this RFP to the date of execution of the Agreement resulting from this solicitation. City, in its sole discretion, may disqualify Respondents that violate the prohibitions in this paragraph. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
