Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Marianna, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of March 28, 2019 the project is not yet awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. The project consists of the following major items: Repairs and repaint of the interior and exterior of two (2) multi-leg elevated steel water tanks; 100,000 gallon and 500,000 gallon; Both tanks will require lead based paint removal procedures; General repairs. The sponsor hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 apply.Any construction award of $20,000 or more can only be issued to a Contractor licensed in the State of Arkansas. The OWNER may reject any or all BIDS, and/or waive informalities or minor irregularities in BIDS received. The Central Arkansas Water Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality in the proposal process.
