**As of April 26, 2019, the project has not yet been awarded.The low bidder will be awarded the contract when the funds are released.** Purpose of furnishing and applying Asphalt Seal Coating of the Roberts Pass Trail and Trailhead during the year 2019 according to specifications on file in the Madison County Commissioners Office. Bids will be furnishing labor, equipment, and materials. As specified in R.C. 153.54, a bidder must submit a bid guarantee in the form of either: (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid, or (2) a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid. Bids will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, based on the grand total. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects in the bids.
