As of May 23, 2019, this project has been awarded. Construction is expected to start on June 1, 2019 with completion by early November 2019. Scope of Work: Tenant finish out on the first level of the Parkland Hospital Parking garage. The construction included client waiting, service desks, open office area, conference room, offices, and accessory areas. The established M/WBE participation goals for the District are currently 25% for goods and services (Including Design Services) and 30% for construction.
