The Work includes the following major items: Removal of the compactor equipment and fill-in compactor pit with geofoam with concrete floor atop, removal of several concrete masonry interior walls, removal of sprinkler system and piping, along with removal of associated valve room, removal of locker room and all associated fixtures, removal of sections of deteriorated exterior metal wall panels and installation of new along with new door, application of high performance coatings for the exterior and interior metal panels at the roof and walls, replacement of floor drain, removal of wall exhaust fans and installation of new wall exhaust fans including cutting, fitting and patching work in effected areas, and various electrical work for at the Northern Recycling Center Glen Burnie, Maryland located in Anne Arundel County. The cost range for the Project is: $500,000 to $1,000,000.
